Cookie information

A considered approach
to online privacy.

Our website uses a necessary security cookie for enquiries and a cookie to remember your analytics choice. Optional page and referral measurement and booking-link counts run only after you accept. Fonts are hosted locally, and Google Calendar opens only when you follow a booking link.

The enquiry form’s security cookie

The contact form sets a cookie named __Secure-miga-form to check that a submission belongs to the form opened in your browser. It helps prevent forged requests and expires after one hour. It is restricted to the /api/ path, is sent only over HTTPS and cannot be read by JavaScript.

The cookie contains a signed security token, not your name, email address or enquiry message. It stays available for other Contact forms you have open until its original one-hour expiry. Sending an enquiry does not extend that expiry. This necessary cookie supports the form’s security; it is not used for advertising or analytics.

Website security

Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Depending on the security checks applied to a visit, Cloudflare may also use necessary security cookies. You can read Cloudflare’s cookie information for their purposes and durations.

Your analytics choice

The miga_analytics cookie remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject for 180 days. It records your choice, the notice version and the time of your choice, rather than a visitor tracking identifier. It applies across this website, uses SameSite=Lax and is sent only over HTTPS on the live site.

A temporary flag in this tab’s session storage also remembers when measurement is off, including if the preference cookie cannot be changed when you withdraw consent. It contains only off, has no visitor identifier and is cleared if you choose Accept.

This updated measurement notice requires a fresh acceptance from visitors who previously accepted Cloudflare-only measurement. A still-valid previous rejection remains off.

You can change your choice at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer. Choosing Reject after accepting withdraws consent. Further optional measurement requests are blocked before the page reloads. If an enquiry is being sent or an unsent draft cannot be preserved safely, the reload waits and the form stays available. Information already sent is not deleted. If you remove the preference cookie or it expires, we will ask again; optional measurement stays off until you accept. If the cookie cannot be saved, measurement also stays off.

Recovering an unsent enquiry after an analytics change

Only when an analytics change requires a reload, miga_contact_reload_draft temporarily holds the visible enquiry fields and any existing enquiry reference in this tab’s session storage. The recovery is valid for ten minutes and is removed immediately after restoration, on reset or successful submission, or when you visit another page. It contains no form security token or optional attribution, is not shared across tabs and is never sent to analytics. Normal typing does not save a draft. If storage is unavailable or the draft is too large to preserve safely, analytics stays off and your form remains open instead of reloading.

Optional Cloudflare measurement

Only after you choose Accept, Cloudflare’s measurement script loads to measure page and referring page URLs and browser performance. We use these statistics to understand referrals and improve website performance. The beacon itself does not use cookies or browser storage or track you across websites; our separate preference cookie only remembers your choice.

The same consent choice applies in the UK, EU and other regions. Statistics cover consenting visits and may be incomplete where browser or network settings block the script. Read Cloudflare’s monitoring and privacy information and our privacy notice, which distinguishes monitoring from hosting and security processing.

Separately, we review aggregate hosting traffic and Google and Bing search-performance reports to assess website availability and discoverability. These reports do not load the optional measurement script in your browser.

Optional first-party measurement

After you accept analytics, we count clicks to the configured Google Calendar booking link and attach a broad source category and the first page visited after consent to enquiries. These counts do not confirm an appointment. Source categories include organic search, referral, social, campaign and direct or unknown; raw campaign names, referrer URLs and enquiry contents are not sent or stored in these events.

This tab’s session storage holds the source category and first page under miga_measurement_attribution. It contains no visitor tracking identifier and is cleared when you withdraw consent or close the tab. It is never created before consent. If browser storage or the consent controller is unavailable, optional first-party measurement remains off. Rejecting analytics does not prevent enquiries or bookings. See our privacy notice for the private lead register and retention information.

External booking

The website does not embed Google Calendar. Following a booking link takes you to Google’s service, where Google’s cookie and privacy information applies.

Managing cookies

You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the form’s necessary cookie will prevent protected submissions; you can instead email enquiries@migagrowthpartners.com.

We do not include advertising trackers in this website. Optional measurement depends on your analytics choice. If we add services that change cookie or storage use, we will update this page. Read our privacy notice for information about the company and how enquiries are handled.
