Who is responsible for your information?

MiGA Growth Partners is a trading name of MiGA Growth Consultants Limited, company number 17338413. MiGA Growth Consultants Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

Our registered office is Archer House Britland Estate, Northbourne Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, England, BN22 8PW. For privacy questions or requests, email enquiries@migagrowthpartners.com or write to our registered office.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your first and last name, email address, optional company website and the information you include in your message. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address and correspondence.

When you book an introductory call through Google Calendar, we receive the contact information you provide, your chosen appointment time and any booking notes. Google also processes information under its own terms and privacy information when you use its booking service.

Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry handler uses a signed form token, a necessary security cookie and short-lived counters based on a hashed IP address to help prevent abuse. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage introductory calls, understand the support you are seeking and keep the website secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective business clients and protecting our services, while taking account of your rights and reasonable expectations.

Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, we rely on those pre-contractual steps. Providing your contact details is voluntary, but without them we may be unable to reply or arrange a call. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

We rely on your consent for optional Cloudflare website measurement, first-party booking-link counts and limited referral information attached to enquiries. You can reject it or withdraw your consent at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice does not affect access to the website, enquiries or bookings.

Who processes your information

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security, cookieless website measurement and delivery of contact-form emails. Submitted enquiries are sent to our Google Workspace inbox. We use Google Calendar for introductory call bookings and Google Workspace for related correspondence.

Your enquiry details are retained in our mailbox. We also keep a private lead register in Cloudflare containing an enquiry reference, receipt and delivery status and appointment or opportunity status. It does not copy your name, email address or enquiry message. The reference connects the register to our correspondence. Michael records confirmed appointments and reviews and marks opportunities as qualified; a booking-link click does not confirm an appointment. Cloudflare and Google may retain operational records under their service policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Processing outside the UK

Cloudflare and Google operate international services, so your information may be processed outside the UK. Their published data-processing terms describe safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where applicable. You can read Cloudflare’s data-processing terms and Google Workspace’s data-processing terms. Contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

How long we keep it

For enquiries and introductory call records that do not lead to a client relationship, we keep the information for six months after our last contact, then delete it from our active mailbox and calendar records. If particular information is needed to resolve a complaint, comply with a legal obligation or handle a legal claim, we retain only what is necessary for that purpose.

Private lead-register references, statuses and any coarse referral information, and optional first-party booking-click records, use a 180-day reporting window from the date each record is created. A daily cleanup removes older records; an expired record may remain until that next daily cleanup.

If you become a client, information needed for the engagement is handled under the relevant service arrangements and record-keeping requirements. This website notice covers enquiries and introductory bookings; it does not set a retention period for all client, accounting or statutory records. Provider backup and operational records may remain subject to the provider’s own deletion schedules.

Optional website measurement

If you choose Accept, Cloudflare measures page and referring page URLs and browser performance, such as loading times, to help us understand referrals and improve the website. Its measurement script loads only after you accept; choosing Reject leaves this optional measurement off. The same choice applies to visitors in the UK, EU and other regions.

With the same consent, we count clicks to our Google Calendar booking link and attach a broad source category and the first page visited after consent to enquiries. The categories include organic search, referral, social, campaign and direct or unknown. We do not send or store raw campaign names, referrer URLs or form contents in these first-party measurement events, and we do not assign a visitor tracking identifier. These counts do not confirm that an appointment was booked. We store the source category and first page in this tab’s session storage until the tab closes or consent is withdrawn. Without consent, the enquiry service and private lead register still work, but optional referral information is omitted.

Cloudflare’s measurement beacon does not use cookies or browser storage and does not track visitors across websites. Our separate preference cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. Cloudflare states that IP addresses received by its monitoring endpoint are discarded at the nearest data centre and are not retained in the monitoring service’s databases or logs. This statement concerns monitoring only; hosting and security process technical request information separately. Read Cloudflare’s monitoring and privacy information.

To withdraw consent, open Analytics preferences in the footer and choose Reject. Further optional measurement requests are blocked before the page reloads. If an enquiry is being sent or this browser cannot preserve an unsent draft safely, the reload waits while your details remain in the form. Withdrawal does not delete information already sent.

These statistics cover consenting visits and may be incomplete if browser or network settings block the script. Separately, we review aggregate hosting traffic and Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools reports to assess website availability and search performance. These reports do not load the optional measurement script in your browser.

When an analytics change needs to reload a page containing an unsent enquiry, we temporarily preserve only the visible form fields and any existing enquiry reference in this tab’s session storage. This one-use recovery data is valid for ten minutes and is removed immediately when restored, on reset or successful submission, or when you visit another page. It is not shared with other tabs or sent to analytics and never contains the form security token or optional referral information. Ordinary typing does not create this stored draft.

Cookies and automated decisions

The enquiry form uses a necessary security cookie that expires after one hour. A separate miga_analytics cookie remembers your analytics choice for 180 days; it contains your choice, the notice version and the time of your choice, rather than a visitor tracking identifier. A temporary flag in this tab’s session storage also remembers when measurement is off. It contains only off, has no visitor identifier and is cleared if you choose Accept. We do not include advertising trackers. Booking links open Google Calendar, where Google’s own cookie and privacy information applies. See our cookie information.

We do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. Automated checks are used to reject invalid or potentially abusive submissions.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you can ask to access or correct your information, request its deletion or restricted use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where that right applies. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.

Contact enquiries@migagrowthpartners.com to make a request or raise a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
